"Oude Geuze VAT 108bis, the successor of the prizewinning VAT 108, was made with the very last filling of foeder N°108. Strong, robust & balanced with a touch of volatile acidity. Brewed on April 27th, 2016, bottled on November 28th, 2018."

"The lambic in foeder n°31 aged for four and a half years before it became this Oude Geuze. It's typified by its fine carbonation and pleasant cognac-like nose. The fluent and mellow but strong aroma with hints apricots and walnuts is supported by a clear oak character. Brewed on 30 November 2015, bottlerd on 14 May 2020."

Fermented drink lmde with "Cormes" from very old Sorbus Domestica trees.

The granite cuvée comes from a granitic soil that offers a big character with good minerality. It is the expression of very old trees pears (300 years) measuring 20 meters high who never saw a drop of chemical treatment. 17 varieties of pears carefully sorted and divided into identical quantity make up each year, in order to receive the identity of the vintage, this wine.
Eric Bordelet area, is located in southern Normandy, on the massif Armoricain in an extension of the Domfrontais on the borders of Mayenne and Orne.

Cider made with different varieties (at least 20) of old trees growing in a "stony" soil. Lots of potential to age in a cellar.

"Double mash Imperial Stout brewed with maple syrup. Aged for 17 months in Kentucky Bourbon barrels, then conditioned on toasted coconut and Madagascar Vanilla beans. Finished with a double dose of raw coconut flakes. The long cold conditioning rounds of the flavor of sweet vanilla, ice cream, charred oak."

Session NE inspired APA with Simcoe and Citra and Riwaka hops. Easy-drinking and refreshing. Aroma of tropical fruits and a nice mellow bitterness

"The 3rd release of DANSAERT & the 1st collab brewed back in February 2020 with Juguetes Perdidos. This Flemish Red-inspired beer was coolshipped and barrel-fermented in reworked Bordeaux barrels. One barrel was also pitched with a culture JP brought from Argentina. They received this PH1 culture from Peter Bouckaert, who started the sour barrel-ageing program at New Belgium."

"A foulage & carbonic maceration of kelleris cherries, spontaneously fermented with beer wort. 6 months matured in oak barrels. In July 2021 our brewer Tiago picked up 500kg of organic sour cherries from Karel Vaes in Limburg to create this deep red & sour cherry beer. Now cherish the cherries and be mezmerized in the moment!"

"BBP's first Lambic blend, brewed at Dansaert. We teamed up with David from Verger du Nord. His spontaneously fermented cider contained all heirloom varieties, 70% pears & 30% apples. Blended 50/50 with our one year old lambic (fermented in Bordeaux barrels) & aged together in a chestnut foeder for 6 months before bottling."

"This beer started life in March 2019, brewed with our long term friends at Thornbridge. A portion was released by them as Vicious Circle in 2020. The remainder was sent to us, aged further in our barrels, then blended with a mixed fermentation saison. A true representation of both breweries’ barrel ageing projects, we have come full circle."
