A Belgian style farmhouse tripel, brett, Morpheusyeast and a Vermouth barrel. That, time and that magic Alvinne juju. At Alvinne, we are storytellers, what a great story this beer tells. Oh, and about those Barrels out of B(l)ond, pretty sure many Fellows will love this story as well ... The Dwarves are captured by the Elves and brought before the Elven-king, but Bilbo evades discovery by using the Ring. The Dwarves refuse to tell Thranduil why they were in the forest, and are locked up in separate cells as a result. Bilbo, invisible, wanders Thranduil’s halls until hatching a plan. He discovers that barrels of wine, sent by the men of Lake-town, periodically enter the castle through an underground river, and the Elves return the empty barrels in the same manner. "Volta is an homage the classic cycling race, Volta Catalunya, where this year was set to be the 100th edition. Brewed with organic Pilsner malt, malted and flaked wheat then infused with organic lemon juice, zest and organic Ceylon black tea. Conditioned in bottle. Tart and refreshing with floral tea notes."

"Islay Brut is a blend of five barrels from four separate worts produced in June and November 2019, and May and October 2020. They fermented in small Islay whisky barrels, imparting aromas of maritime peat. The blend was made in August 2022 and refermented with golden caster sugar for a further year to produce a strong and dry beer. Finally, it received a large dose of bottle primings to produce a Champagne type carbonation.".

"Spon - 2 Year Blend : This is a blend of 1 - 2 year old spontaneously fermented beer. Inspired by the Lambic tradition - brewed with a turbid mash, long boil, aged hops - then cooled overnight in our coolship where it was naturally inoculated with native wild yeast - bacteria. Following the overnight cooling, this inoculated liquid was filled into rinsed - steamed neutral oak wine barrels where the beauty of spontaneous fermentation evolved over the months - years. The beer in your glass is a true wild ale. Absolute terroir. We hope you enjoy it."

"Barrel aged golden sour ale, with local elderflowers."

18 months BA Sour (lambic inspired) w. apple blossoms, elderflowers, gooseberries, red currant and meadowsweet.

"Barrel-aged wild blond beer with elderflower. Once a year we brew a special blend for Dauw. After initial fermentation, when sugars are still present, we infuse the beer for one day with freshly picked elderflower. This results in an overwhelmingly aromatic beer, which becomes more rounded after long barrel aging. By mixing 3 years of vintages, we bring a lot of complexity to the beer. The young barrels add bitterness and floral scents, whereas the older barrels add ripeness and soften the character. Dew is a nice sour beer with rich elderflower, green pepper and citrus. In its aftertaste you can find the soft bitterness and the long lasting tones of spring blossom aromas."

BA blond sour beer (Zure van Tildonk) aged with sour cherries and then aged six more months in Whiskey barrels from Brouwerij Het Anker.

"Barrel-aged wild ale with damson plums. Gekwetst is a winelike beer with an outspoken fruity character. This second batch contains four times the amount of fruit as the previous, with strong, juicy sour notes as a result. The nose has candy and stonefruit, while the finish is dry with a mild bitterness. Gekwetst was aged on a single barrel for 21 months, but its barrel character is very subtle, keeping full focus on the damsons. Highly recommended for people who enjoyed our beer Fabel."

"For this collaboration with Vino di Proceno, they came to bring us their white wine lees straight from their vineyard in Italy! We added some Petit Manseng pomace and left the beer to rest for a year in barrels. A pure hybrid creature!"

"Aoltbeer is the historic beer of Münster. The beers in this blend matured on average for 14 months in red wine barrels. In this time the beer developed its fruity and wine-like character. Each barrel is carefully hand picked to ensure it will pair perfectly with the whole fruit we are using while keeping the funky flavor. The unique lemon and lime aromas that come from the base barrels of Funky Blender harmonize with the whole fruit added."

Pink foam that not only drops off the kids for the birthday, but then sticks around for the flavor party. What? Does anyone read these? Classic Colorado plum aromas in the nose just remind me why I love plums so much, I hope we can get more this year. Low/medium acidity and rich body that makes one think it's actually sweet.
