GLUTEN FREE "A beautifully light extra pale ale with hop flavours layered throughout the whole brew. Key players are Citra, Strata and Mosaic with a touch of centennial in the kettle also. Gluten free using an enzyme which breaks down the gluten to below 20ppm."
