Stu Mostów Midnight Maple
€ 11,97"We have prepared a blend of two Imperial Stouts from our Barrel Room. We combined an imperial stout aged for over 2 years (28 months) in Buffalo Trace pastry barrels with a double mash stout aged for almost a year (10 months) in Jim Beam and Wild Turkey barrels. Both of these beers are intense, strong and thick, in one of them we used a huge amount of malts and long cooking to obtain high extract, while in the other we used the "double mash" technique. Version with the addition of peanut butter, vanilla and chocolate aroma"

€ 14,91"The third installment of our new, unique series of barrel blends. This time we mixed our long-boiled Barley Wine from Woodford Double Oaked bourbon barrels with Imperial Stout from Monsters aged in Jack Daniel's barrels for 14 months. We infused the whole thing with cocoa nibs and figs."

€ 17,85"Prato Alto is our most complex wine. It features extended maceration and an horizon of long term. Grapes: GARGANEGA, INCROCIO MANZONI, BRONNER. Grown on calcareous soils: sand, clay and silt. Spontaneous fermentation in acacia wood vessels of 1400 liters , without sulphur addition. Maceration on the skins for 7 days, with delicate fulling."

€ 38,32"We often leave a few exceptional barrels from previous batches to use in our Off The Rack series. This year, we have selected a few ripe barrels from 2022 and 2023. Tasting great, we decided to create an OTR blend of vintages for this year’s version. We took our best barrels with the higher ABV due to the angels’ share that has evaporated over the year in Jim Beam barrels and infused them with the almost 3-year-old Heaven Hill-aged Paragon 22. There are a lot more deep notes of caramel and toffee, dried fruit, and even a subtle liquorice note, finished with a seriously nice mouthfeel that fills your palate with oaky, bourbony warmth. Siren Waltzer
€ 12,39: 1"Fresh out of barrel the beer already has a depth of coffee and chocolate flavour. Waltzer amps these notes up and spins them around with the addition of our own rum barrel aged coffee beans, a collaborative project with Quarter Horse roasters. This accentuates the boozy tones of the beer with some rum character while adding a resonant coffee hit. Complexity of acidity, biscuity notes, cherries and dried fruits all begins to swirl with the heady overtones of the base beer in an intoxicating treat"
