Bordelet Poiré Granit 2019
€ 21,67The granite cuvée comes from a granitic soil that offers a big character with good minerality. It is the expression of very old trees pears (300 years) measuring 20 meters high who never saw a drop of chemical treatment. 17 varieties of pears carefully sorted and divided into identical quantity make up each year, in order to receive the identity of the vintage, this wine.
Eric Bordelet area, is located in southern Normandy, on the massif Armoricain in an extension of the Domfrontais on the borders of Mayenne and Orne. -

Atom Hop Farm
€ 23,92: 2"As part of the charity auction during the Denver Rare Beer Festival we offered up a brew day on our copper kettle. Our new friends Malia and Bryson Dunn were the lucky winners of that auction. Together we created Hop Farm. We took a straight forward 50/50 malt bill of wheat and pilsner malt and added eight hop additions during the boil. We chose the hops for their aromatic properties, not their bittering characteristics. This beer shows how you can layer in amazing hop character without creating a bitter hop bomb. Enjoy!"
