Imperial Porter with Coffee

Sigma (Dark sour) macerated with Forest Fruits (Blackberries, Blueberries and Raspberries) for over 2 months.

This blond farm beer has less hops but part of the hops is replaced by the chicory root which is added to the brewing process. Fresh bitter aroma of chicory. Yeasty, fruity sweetness cut by a well balanced bitterness imparted by the chicory root.

Zure van Tildonk (Sour BA blond) aged for 7 months with peaches.

Spiced sour ale aged in Gin barrels with Crnaberries.

A holiday ode to our barrel-aged barley wine, Hipster for Christmas initially hits you with intense caramel and the inherited barrel notes of bourbon, coconut, vanilla, chocolate, dried fruits, toffee, and a little cinnamon bun to finish off your Christmas spirit. "

Imperial Stout brewed with barley oats, hops (Cascade and Magnum) and chicory root from the farm.

Export Porter (Imperial Stout) aged in Cognac barrels.

Milk Stout with Colombian Coffee

"Strong coffee aroma, we choosed this specific coffee for its sourness. It gives some beautifull notes of raspberry, red berries, strawberries, hazelnuts, butter and citrus.
We aged this beer for 1 year on 2 Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels and 1 Whiskey Sauterne Barrel. After 10 months of aging we added 2kg fresh roasted coffee beans (By Crossroast in Antwerp) and 15 Vanillabeans in each barrel.
After 2 more months we blended the barrels together and added some more vanillabeans.
Result is a very complex coffee stout. Lots of barrel notes, a crisp sourness of the coffee that gives the beer a high drinkability."

Oud Bruin matured aged for at least a year in oak barrels and then several months with fresh blueberries.

Spontaneous fermented, coolshipped and aged in wooden barrels and matureed with local sour cherries. This blends contains 1,2 and 3 year old beer.

Sigma (Dark sour) and Phi (Blond Sour) Blended and aged with blackcurrant.

Imperial Stout brewed wiith chocolate and caramel, then aged in Wild Turkey Bourbon barrels.

"Oud Bruin Vineyard is created by adding fresh grapes to beer that has already aged on oak barrels for at least one year. Subtle fruit and delicat sour, vineous and port- like taste"

"Dit gelimiteerde bier is het moederbier van onze Oud Bruin. Het is een single-cask, wat betekent dat het bier geen blend is van verschillende vaten, maar volledig uit één vat komt. Anders dan de klassieker is het ook niet geblend met jong bier. Het Foederbier rijpte 2 jaar op grote houten vaten van 40 of 50 HL. Foederbier heeft meer hints van rood fruit en is meliger op zuren. Het aroma is fruitig, houtachtig met een vleugje kerrie."
