GLUTEN FREE "A beautifully light extra pale ale with hop flavours layered throughout the whole brew. Tropical fruits and fresh citrus notes are prominent, with background depth of peach, apricot and nectarine. Our first XPA, but certainly not our last. Key players are Citra, Strata and Mosaic with a touch of centennial in the kettle also. Gluten free using an enzyme which breaks down the gluten to below 20ppm."
