3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze 22/23 Assemblage n°13
Season 2022-2023 Assemblage #13. Bottled on 07/12/2022. "For this specific Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken from four different barrels and seven different brews. Almost 55% of the lambikken have been brewed by ourselves, the remainder by Lindemans. More than 60% of the blend consist of oude lambikken, ranging from two years to more than four years. The weighted average age of this blend upon bottling clocks at almost twenty months. While blending, we added some fresh wort to push the bottle fermentation. The oldest lambik was brewed in November 2018."
