"Cider macerated with Pinot Noir pomace. Spontaneously fermented & barrel aged. The grapes were pressed, the pomace was macerated on cider from season 2022. The grape juice was co fermented & barrel aged with apple juice from season 2023 and released a few months later. In collaboration with Lovulum, Illegaal, Domaine Montaillant for Restaurant Savage in Brussels. Part of the 'Flat Tire Series'. Wine from Pinot Noir by Domaine Montaillant, Beer with Pinot Noir by Illegaal, Cider with Pinot Noir by De Mederie & Lovulum."

Cider with Riesling and Pinot Gris Pomace. Limited to 586 bottles.

"This cider contains apple ciders of 1 and 2 years old as well as quince ciders of 1 and 2 years old. These ciders have been blended separetely with black currants and fresh elderflower to finally be blended back together with cider from 2022. Bottle refermented."

"Probably one of our most experimental blends we did so far. We infused a blend of red wine barrel aged ciders with rose petals and fig leaves. To add color and and extra dimension it was backblended with a small amount of red beetroot cider."

"In 2022, we had the incredible opportunity to pick grapes at the winery Andi Mann. The Dornfelder grapes macerated in the cider for four weeks and were pressed later on. The wine aged in barriques for nine months. It can be drunk like a Lambrusco, but it's even better! It has a delicious taste with notes of violets, raspberries and Amarena cherries."
