Verzet Ants Pants
2,53 €"Three fruitless meetings, hours in front of your computer, your eyes are blood red, your head is full and your bucket of peer annoyances are full. Physical work saves you! Turning off your brain and getting your hands dirty, that's what you need. This porter is an ode to that physical toil. Not coincidentally, a beer style that originated to refresh the dockers. Let us celebrate the mindfulness of demolishing walls, rooting in the earth and moving things. Afterwards, with a view of what has been accomplished, we can fully enjoy this well-deserved thirst quencher. Long live labour! This new bootleg is a London Porter of 4.8% alc. This beer is a smooth drinker and is full of roasted notes and caramel malts with a nice bitter aftertaste" BBD is 22/03/24

Galway Bay / La Pirata...
8,95 €"At the end of November we welcomed La Pirata Brewing to Galway for the long awaited return leg of our collaboration. This triple mashed Imperial Stout spent three months in steel before being infused with thoughtful amounts of Madagascan Vanilla beans & tonka beans. The bean treatments have added layers of decadent milk chocolate & vanilla to what was already a luscious imperial stout.." BB is March 2023 (Canned March 2022)

Lervig Rackhouse Coconut...
20,95 €"This beer is defined by a natural marriage of coconut, rum and bourbon which produce aromas of coconut cream pie. Upon the first sip, light notes of honey and spice dance on the tongue before freshly-brewed coffee intertwines with the dominant toasted coconut flavours. The finish has a boozy edge which is softened by vanilla-forward sweetness and oak lactones from both the coconut and 14 months in bourbon & rum barrels."

Bellwoods Black Liquids Vol. 9
14,11 €"The latest volume in the Black Liquids series brings together the classic yet sophisticated combination of chocolate and oranges. The base beer received a generous dose of toasted cocoa nibs and was further conditioned on a big ol’ heap of orange peels — extracting the essence of the orange without the acidity in the name of keeping everything silky smooth. Does Black Liquids 9 bring forward fond memories of munching on a Terry's Chocolate Orange? Definitely. Did we melt several Terry’s Chocolate Oranges together in a pot in order to conduct a side-by-side taste comparison? Maybe later."

Lervig Rackhouse Dulce de...
20,95 €Contains Lactose. "Inspired by the Latin American dessert, this pastry stout this offers a creamy, caramel sweetness characterized by toffee and butterscotch with a subtle vanilla finish. The bourbon flavours imparted by 13 months in the barrels contribute hints of caramel, pecan and nutmeg which complement the dessert-forward notes of this decadent beer.
Pour over a fresh churro and experience una delicia!" -
Lervig Rackhouse Original...
20,95 €: 4"Original Sin Bourbon Barrel is a chocolate treasure-trove with deep boubon barrel overtones. The dark malt complexity of this imperial stout gives way to notes of milky mocha coffee, vanilla, and dark chocolate. Layered in between are soft, gentle aromas of warm caramels and praline with big flavours of oak and walnut from one year in wood. It’s long, lingering finish is utterly sinful."

Stu Mostów Cherry Me
6,69 €"We used a new technology at the Browar Stu Mostów, which involves preparing the mash in two stages. First, we made a brew from which we obtained a fairly thick wort. Then we poured another batch of malt into the resulting wort, which resulted in a very high concentration of both sugars and flavor in the resulting wort. This is definitely a more difficult technique than the one we have used so far, but the results will surprise you! This time we limit the cooking time which affects less caramelization of the sugar and the discovery of the underlying maltiness. The sizable addition of lactose emphasizes the dessertiness of this beer, and the addition of cherries and vanilla crown the whole dessert." BB is 28/04/2024

Lervig Paragon 2021
21,65 €"Paragon 2021 showcases our patient and considered approach to tending nearly 60 different bourbon barrels for over 12 months. This edition of our distinguished barley wine displays strong notes of caramel and oak-ageing with hints of tabacco, fruit cake and vanilla. The finish is distinctly bourbon forward and complex with a balanced bitterness and perceived sweetness that gives way to a warming sensation from the 13.8% alcohol."
