    Des piments Carolina Reaper cultivés sur les toits de Bruxelles sans aucun produit chimique, des mangues bien mûres, de l’ail et du gingembre frais, du citron vert bio et un mélange complexe d’épices exotiques écrasées à la main : c’est un concentré de soleil prêt à tout métamorphoser, même les plats les plus banals.
    La combinaison du piment et du gingembre fait monter progressivement le piquant et donne un rush progressif mais persistant.
    C’est la version super forte de la première sauce piquante de SWET, préparée à la maison en 2019, c'est la SWET ONE, la source de toutes les autres.

    "Our 2025 grape ale has taken a diferent direction. We started did carbonic maceration of the grapes. These grapes are Baga Grapes from Bairrada (from our friend from Luzia), taken from a vineyard surrounded by eucalyptus. This particular terroir bring some nice menthol to the game. The beer itself was fermented with a belgium strain, a patersbier style.
    The "wine" and grapes were blended with the beer and then it was aged in a Alvarinho barrel, from the Green Wine region.
    Result is a clear hybrid of wine and beer, orange in color, and so it become Orange de Marvila!"

    "‘Väga Suur’ is a Barley Wine boiled for 12 hours and brewed with 100% English maris otter malt and then aged in Grape Rakia (Muscat), Brandy and virgin Bulgarian oak barrels for 6 months in collaboration with Põhjala Pruulikoda.
    This big bodied barley wine is bursting with tons of dark dried fruits, honey, burnt sugar, stewed apples, figs and then finished with a big sticky caramel, toffee/molasses and vanilla oak finish.
    Boozy and complex this beer is excellent to enjoy during those cold evenings.
    Best enjoyed 14-18C.
