There the wine continued to ferment and mature on its coarse lees for 8 months. The bottling was done with as little oxygen and movement as possible to keep the wine fresh and crisp." 100% Pinot Noir. "Method: Light maceration of Pinot Noir. The grapes were partly crushed and partly macerated with full cluster for a few hours. This gives a light style of red/rosé with lots of fruit. Primary fermentation and later aging in wood for 8 months which rounds off the acids".. Limited to 454 bottles.

"Probably one of our most experimental blends we did so far. We infused a blend of red wine barrel aged ciders with rose petals and fig leaves. To add color and and extra dimension it was backblended with a small amount of red beetroot cider."

It was macerated on Gelber Muskateller grapes from Nahe, Germany and blended with 30% of wine made from the same grapes. Aged on ex-Bordeaux barrels.") and Intertwined: Gelber Muskateller ("Blend of red wine barrel aged ciders macerated on unpressed Gelber Muskateller grapes from Nahe, Germany.")

Blend of 70% quince cider aged in stainless steel tanks and 30% barrel aged apple cider with the addition of a very small amount of hibiscus and fresh rosemary.")

"To create Guinness 0.0, the St James’s Gate brewers start by brewing Guinness exactly as they always have, using the same natural ingredients; water, barley, hops and yeast; before gently removing the alcohol through a cold filtration method. The cold filtration process allows the alcohol to be filtered out without presenting thermal stress to the beer, protecting the integrity of its taste and character. The brewers then carefully blend and balance the flavours to ensure the distinctive flavour profile and taste characteristics of Guinness. "This is a 100% Eylenbosch Oude Lambiek. A Blend of 2, 3 and almost 4 year old lambics with a weighted average of 3 years and 1 month. Lambics from 6 different brew dates were selected out of 5 different barrels (225 L). This is the typical "platte" (flat) lambic, becasue no young lambic was added. No carbonaton"

"The story behind the name is amusing: Brewing in our very first brewery in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw was entirely manual and really exhausting. For lunch, we dreamed of a light and flavourful table beer to quench our thirst... One day, Bernard had the idea to mix a Taras Boulba with an equal amount of sparkling water to make a "small beer". A super refreshing beer that wouldn’t prevent us from getting back to work in full shape! And we decided to call it the "Petit Boulba"...We reused the name as a reminder of the early days, but of course we made the beer according to a specific recipe. Petit Boulba is a blond beer with only 2.8% alcohol, with a blonde and cloudy appearance due to the use of wheat and oats. Its aroma is very floral, with notes of fresh cereals. On the palate, these aromas develop further and blend with notes of white fruits and fine herbal touches. Petit Boulba is slightly bitter and has a very dry and super refreshing finish. As spring has been waiting so long to arrive, I guess we’ll just skip it entirely and go straight into summer!"

"We aged an imperial Stout in a blend of Vino Nananja & Bourbon barrels for 11 months. The Vino Nananja gives this stout some fruitiness and citrus flavor and together with vanilla and bourbon makes this a very delicious barrel aged beer."

"A Stout Collab made in Heaven! Kees Brewery entered into a partnership with the legendary Pühaste brewery from Tartu, Estonia. Inspired by Pühaste's Patt, which means "sin" in Estonia, we brewed a big fat stout together. At the first sip, notes of coffee and chocolate ooze, followed by a slightly spicy touch.
Ideal as a dessert, or simply to enjoy. It's just a sin not to drink this beer."
