A very original and unique beer, made with elderflower. Perfect for food pairing or as a tasty aperitif! BlossomGueuze is 2 to 3 year old lambic aged in wood, blended with 12 month old lambic and elderflower. After refermentation in the bottle this gueuze has a golden colour and combines the sour taste of lambic with the natural and fresh aromas of elderflower."

Lindemans GingerGueuze
21,51 €"Breaking the mold among existing beer styles, Lindemans developed the botanical lambics, a collection of old gueuzes with a twist. Third in this series, GingerGueuze is based on a blend of 12mth old lambic with 2-3yr old lambic, fermented in oak with fresh ginger. Bottle conditioned, GingerGueuze has a golden colour, and combines the sourness of lambic with the subtle flavours of fresh ginger. Ideal as an apertif, it is also perfect for food pairing."

Nevel Rust
13,55 €Barrel-aged wild blonde ale with Groene Bel. "The first thing you'll notice about Rust is the barrel character. Not too heavy, but woven into the fabric of the beer like a fine thread. Juicy aromas of sweet tangerine and a fresh touch of watermint create a calm, winelike structure with flavours that stay close together. Underneath are warm, malty notes that form the rich foundation of this beer. The finish has a soft echo of the Groene Bel dryhop, which lays earthy, mildly bitter notes on top of the wood tannins. Rust was aged on oak for 12 months." BBD is 13/04/2024
