"The lambic in foeder n°31 aged for four and a half years before it became this Oude Geuze. It's typified by its fine carbonation and pleasant cognac-like nose. The fluent and mellow but strong aroma with hints apricots and walnuts is supported by a clear oak character. Brewed on 30 November 2015, bottlerd on 14 May 2020."

A foundation of roasted malts lends aromas of chocolate, mocha, and charred wood, while the flavours are firmly rooted in tart berries, black forest cake, and subtle caramel. "This beer is a blend of 75% two-year-old Danish Wild Ale macerated with fresh Riesling grapes from the Mosel wine region in Germany and 25% three-year-old Danish Wild Ale macerated with Pinot Noir grapes from Rhodt unter Rietberg, Germany. We carefully crafted this blend to evoke the pink hue, mild tannins and delicate fruit flavors of European rosé wines. The final blend was then aged in stainless steel to achieve a deeper and more harmonious wine character. Like a fine wine, this beer is an excellent candidate for extended aging due to its high proportion of German Riesling grapes"

"Twenty Hounds is our Danish Golden Strong Ale with a hoppy twist from a hearty measure of French Strisselspalt, Polish Sybilla and Slovenian Celeia hops. Traditional Belgian ale yeast contributes a strong fruity aroma, tropical flavors and a subtle peppery spice. This is balanced with a robust malty backbone and an elevated alcohol content for a smooth finish and a guaranteed good time."

"L'édition 2023 de cette bière Lambic aux griottes naturelle et pétillante, née de la rencontre de deux glorieuses traditions, la Méthode Traditionnelle pour les vins pétillants et la fermentation spontanée pour les bières Lambic. Le lambic aux griottes d'Oud Beersel est tiré en bouteille avec l'ajout de la liqueur de tirage, qui se compose de levure de vin mousseux et de sucre pour la fermentation secondaire. La bière vieillit ensuite pendant quatorze mois en bouteille avant d'être finie selon la "méthode traditionnelle". Ce processus permet le développement de gaz carbonique fin qui est piégé dans la bouteille et qui rend le Lambic pétillant. L'application du remuage et du dégorgement permet d'éliminer les levures présentes dans la bouteille. Pas de sucres ajoutés par addition d'une liqueur d'expédition. Le resultat est une bière lambic aux fruits BRUT et pétillante avec une palette de saveurs impressionnante."
