We used one- two- and four-year old lambikken, in a 27/30/43 proportion and finished the blend with some freshly brewed wort. This way, the weighted average age of this bottle, upon bottling, clocks at to more than 30 months. Add to that at least a full year of bottle conditioning, and it will have reached a weighted age of more than 42 months. Almost 40% of the blend consists of lambikken brewed with grains form our own Cereal Collective."

This renders the weighted average age to more than 33 months. The final fruit proportion is 388 grams of Moesel-grown and hand-picked peaches per litre of Wijnbergperzik."
