Lervig Ginger Beer
3,19 €"This ginger beer is brewed with real ginger, which adds an authentic and bold flavor to this refreshing beverage. The kick of spicy heat is sure to please ginger lovers, and the slight sweetness balances out the heat nicely. At 4.7% ABV, it’s a great option for those who want a flavorful ginger beer without too much alcohol. This ginger beer is perfect on its own or as a mixer in a variety of low abv cocktails."

DOK Johannes De Weize II
2,97 €"A 5.4% weizen with a whopping 70% wheat malt was brewed with one of our long-serving bartenders at Dok. Johannes (better known by his nickname Joeri) joined forces with Janos to make a weizen the way he would like it himself. Lots of wheat, Weihenstephaner yeast fermented cold, a decoction mash and a noble hopping with Tettnanger."
-
DOK Sean Zijn Haar Ligt...
3,39 €"Sean, regular customer and part of the furniture his haircut is always exquisite. In all the years we have known this man, his hair has never been out of place. To honour his lush, impressively styled hairdo brewed these cans. It became a hazy IPA of 6% with Galaxy, Cashmere and Mosaic cryo. Tropical IPA with a very green undertone."

DDVD Korenaar L'Ensemble...
8,81 €Ensemble (All malt Barley Wine) aged for 3 years in Barolo barrels and then one more year in Bourbon barrels.
-
DDVD Korenaar L'Ensemble
5,17 €"A full malt barley wine of 13% by volume, which is brewed once a year; fermented with beer and wine yeast. With L’ensemble we find the limit. Not only the boundary of the maximum possible, because 13% is extremely heavy for a full malt beer. But also the boundary between beer and wine, because to get this amount of alcohol, a part of the fermentation uses wine yeast. Brewing and fermenting this unique beer requires much time and attention. Partly because we make this beer only once a year and comes on the market when it becomes winter season. A perfect companion to the Christmas season! Deliciously warming."

Lervig / Alesmith Kveik...
5,71 €"The next installment in our Kveik Culture Collab series is a West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at Alesmith (San Diego, USA). This beer features locally grown malt from Jæren Malt and is fermented with a unique Norwegian Kveik yeast strain, Stalljen, from Kveik Yeastery. For an authentic West Coast hop profile, we used the holy trinity of hops: Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic, imparting notes of citrus, orange rind, pine, and tropical fruit, all balanced with a firm bitterness."
