Lindemans BloosomGueuze
21,51 €"Lambic beer is a very versatile beer inspiring creativity. The Family Brewery Lindemans proves this once again with the launch of the BlossomGueuze, an old gueuze with a twist. The result? A very original and unique beer, made with elderflower. Perfect for food pairing or as a tasty aperitif! BlossomGueuze is 2 to 3 year old lambic aged in wood, blended with 12 month old lambic and elderflower. After refermentation in the bottle this gueuze has a golden colour and combines the sour taste of lambic with the natural and fresh aromas of elderflower."

Lindemans GingerGueuze
21,51 €"Breaking the mold among existing beer styles, Lindemans developed the botanical lambics, a collection of old gueuzes with a twist. Third in this series, GingerGueuze is based on a blend of 12mth old lambic with 2-3yr old lambic, fermented in oak with fresh ginger. Bottle conditioned, GingerGueuze has a golden colour, and combines the sourness of lambic with the subtle flavours of fresh ginger. Ideal as an apertif, it is also perfect for food pairing."

Oud Beersel Walnotenlambiek...

Oud Beersel Lapsang...
19,87 €"Oud Beersel’s Lapsang Souchong Sparkling Infused Lambic is an infused Lambic, which is then re-fermented in the bottle. For this version, Lapsang Souchong was used: this is a smoked black tea, which gives the beer a complex, round flavour, with a peaty touch at the end, which can also be found in certain peated whiskies. The refermentation in the bottle gives it a pleasant carbonation. In short, a beer for lovers of the better heavy stuff."
-
Oud Beersel Orange Blossom...
19,87 €: 2"For the Orange Blossom Sparkling Infused Lambic, a one-year-old Lambic was infused with orange blossom for several weeks. This gives the Lambic a deliciously fresh flavour, with fruity citrus notes and bitter-sweet accents. Afterwards, the Lambic is refermented on bottle, which provides a pleasant carbonation and a beautiful harmony of flavours."
-
Oud Beersel Red Szechuan...
19,87 €"Although its name suggests otherwise, the szechuan pepper is not a real pepper, but a distant cousin of the citrus fruit. For this beer, the red version was used, which has a slightly fruitier flavour than the green and provides a slight tingling effect on the aftertaste. Other than that, citrus aromas and a certain spiciness emerge. The refermentation in the bottle provides the necessary minerality and balance, so the presence of the szechuan pepper is not overwhelming."
-
Oud Beersel Roasted Oolong...
19,87 €"To create the Roasted Oolong Tea Sparkling Infused Lambic, one-year-old Lambic was infused with roasted Oolong tea for about four weeks. This tea, especially popular in Asia, is slightly oxidised and was then roasted in the traditional way. This results in a rich flavour, with a certain spiciness and some toasted notes. Thanks to the re-fermentation in the bottle, these flavours blend into one harmonious whole."
-
Oud Beersel Witte Lambiek...
19,87 €"Oud Beersel’s Witte Lambiek Sparkling Infused Lambic takes its inspiration from traditional Belgian wheat beers: these are characterised by the addition of coriander seeds and bitter orange peel. The same thing was done here: both ingredients were macerated on one-year-old lambic for several weeks to obtain that typical, citrusy flavour, which is further highlighted thanks to the acidity of the lambic. The spiciness of the coriander is present in the aftertaste, but does not dominate. Thanks to the refermentation in the bottle, the result is a beautiful beer with traditional flavours, yet just that little bit different."

Oud Beersel Rose Flowers...
19,87 €"For the production of the Rose Flower Lambiek - Sparkling Infused, we added rose petals to a soft, foeder-aged Lambic and left them to macerate for about 4 weeks. After that, we bottled the beer so a secondary fermentation could take place. The result is a slightly pink Lambic, with bright floral notes and a sparkling mouthfeel. "
-
Oud Beersel Grapefruit Peel...
19,87 €"he fruity bitterness of grapefruit is a flavour often found in Lambic, and thanks to this infusion, that flavour is highlighted. After four weeks of the peel macerating on one-year-old Lambic, the result was bottled. The re-fermentation in the bottle gives the beer a pleasant and round mouthfeel, which contrasts perfectly with its bitter-sour character."
-
Oud Beersel Salted...
19,87 €"Salted Tangerine Peel, also known as Chen Pi, is a Chinese seasoning made from sun-dried tangerine peel, commonly used in chinese cuisine and herbal medicine. The salted peel gives a full body to the lambic, further accentuated by the refermentation in the bottle. In turn, the tangerine flavour perfectly matches the citrus character of the lambic."
