We foraged elderflowers next to the brewery and macerated the blossoms in the beer. The infused beer aged in oak barrels for 17 months. Notes of citrus, flowers and hay. €19.97"In 2022, we had the incredible opportunity to pick grapes at the winery Andi Mann. The Dornfelder grapes macerated in the cider for four weeks and were pressed later on. The wine aged in barriques for nine months. It can be drunk like a Lambrusco, but it's even better! It has a delicious taste with notes of violets, raspberries and Amarena cherries."

€17.77: 3Amaro Ale. "Inspired by European bitter liquors and gruit culture we brewed this botanical beer with a gripping interplay of bitterness and sourness. Gentian root gives the beer its distinctive character and is rounded out with hogweed, lemon verbena and bog myrtle. Aged in red wine barrels for an average of 19 months. Blend 2022 is tamer than the former batch.

Kestemont Abrikozen
€13.61"Juicy apricots, without the pit of course, and the aroma of lambic. That is the gist of our apricot beer. All the meat from the apricot is added to the barrels of lambic, which is at least one year old. After four months of fermentation on the barrel and another in the bottle, the beer contains about 300 grams of fruit per liter of beer. The sweetness of the apricots works wonders with the intensity of the lambic. A finger licking union indeed. Perfect to drink on a terrace in the sun, or just because you can. That's all the reason you need."

Kestemont Bloedappelsien
€13.91"These particularly tasty oranges are grown in Sicily and are of the moro variety. We not only squeeze all the juice from them, but zest them first. A nice day of pressing 400 kg of oranges. Both the juice and the zest are covered with a bit of lambic in a stainless steel tank where it can start to ferment. After a couple of days, we cover them completely with lambic of at least one year old until the tank is full. This is left to ferment for about six months so the lambic can absorb all the aroma from the oranges. After refermentation in the bottle for another half a year, we get a sparkling orange infused lambic. Spoil yourself and get one while you can! Limited quantity available."

Kestemont Oude Kriek
€16.97: 4"Our Old style Kriek is a marvel of pure craftmanship. Made with 100% home grown organic cherries, straight from the Pajottenland, the surrounding area which we call home. The entire cherries are fermented in oaken barrels in lambic beer of at least one year old. After six months this transforms into Old Kriek with about 400 grams of cherries per liter of beer. Because of the second fermentation in the bottle, which carbonates the beer, you obtain a delicately soft taste and the distinctive foam head. A true delight for all senses with an harmonious balance between sweet and sour."
