"As part of the charity auction during the Denver Rare Beer Festival we offered up a brew day on our copper kettle. Our new friends Malia and Bryson Dunn were the lucky winners of that auction. Together we created Hop Farm. We took a straight forward 50/50 malt bill of wheat and pilsner malt and added eight hop additions during the boil. We chose the hops for their aromatic properties, not their bittering characteristics. This beer shows how you can layer in amazing hop character without creating a bitter hop bomb. Enjoy!"

Tropical Hazy IPA! Mosaic Cryo, Eldorado and Sorachi Ace (BE) + Golden Promise and Oats

"You know our Bruxellensis, a complex beer brewed with an indigenous Brussels yeast that we found in the "wild" nature of Saint-Gilles: the famous Brettanomyces Bruxellensis. We have made a version of this beer that has been able to mature for several months in old red wine barrels: the BRUXELLENSIS RESERVA. The result is a flavorful festival of red and black berries: wild strawberries, candied cherries, blackberries and blueberries. It has some woody notes of course, and the Brett adds not only fruity notes, but also accents of old leather. The aftertaste is dry with a delicious bitterness. A wine-like and complex beer that is at the same time very refreshing and easy to drink."

Blend of six barrels of saisons and mixed fermented beers. the average of the BA beers used is 10 months.

"The next installment in our Kveik Culture Collab series is a West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at Alesmith (San Diego, USA). This beer features locally grown malt from Jæren Malt and is fermented with a unique Norwegian Kveik yeast strain, Stalljen, from Kveik Yeastery. For an authentic West Coast hop profile, we used the holy trinity of hops: Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic, imparting notes of citrus, orange rind, pine, and tropical fruit, all balanced with a firm bitterness."
