Expect a bright spiciness from the wood, in addition to punchy tropical fruits from the Superdelic, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron and Motueka hops."

GLUTEN FREE "A beautifully light extra pale ale with hop flavours layered throughout the whole brew. Tropical fruits and fresh citrus notes are prominent, with background depth of peach, apricot and nectarine. Our first XPA, but certainly not our last. Key players are Citra, Strata and Mosaic with a touch of centennial in the kettle also. Gluten free using an enzyme which breaks down the gluten to below 20ppm."

"Stille Nacht (Silent Night) is a prestige beer from De Dolle Brouwers, brewed for Christmas. It has a very potent beer (12% alc/vol). It has been boiling for many hours, brewed with pale malt with white candy sugar in the kettle. The Nugget hops gives an extra bitterness to balance the extreme sweetness due to the density. The taste triangle is completed with some acidity of the fermentation. It is a very interesting beer to age."

"A beer we brewed with our friends from Canediguerra (IT). It is a blond, bottom-fermented beer, generously dry-hopped with New Zealand hops. The aromas offer a perfect balance of florals and exotic fruit. In the taste, we find passion fruit, kumquat, and green papaya, blended with an enchanting touch of exotic flowers. A light sulfur character, typical of bottom-fermentation yeasts, gives the beer its distinct personality. Canedisenne has a mild bitterness, balanced by a fruity sweetness in the finish."

"When the hop farmers start harvesting, we start brewing our Hop Harvest. The fresh, undried hop flowers are picked in the morning, and on the same day they are used in the Hop Harvest-brew, straight from the field. Because we use 'wet hops', the beer has a fresh, floral, and pleasantly bitter taste. By changing the recipe every year, the outcome is always a surprise.
