Lervig Rackhouse Off The...
€43.77: 3"Off the Rack Paragon represents the finest barley wine we have to offer. After ageing in Tennessee whiskey barrels for 16 months, we selected only our favourite barrels for this edition. Coconut, vanilla, bourbon, toffee, prunes, chocolate, oak, and caramel all interplay to deep complexity while remaining in balance with one another. Serving at room temperature allows even more layered nuances to shine through."

Lervig Rackhouse Coconut...
€20.95"This beer is defined by a natural marriage of coconut, rum and bourbon which produce aromas of coconut cream pie. Upon the first sip, light notes of honey and spice dance on the tongue before freshly-brewed coffee intertwines with the dominant toasted coconut flavours. The finish has a boozy edge which is softened by vanilla-forward sweetness and oak lactones from both the coconut and 14 months in bourbon & rum barrels."
-
Lervig Rackhouse Dulce de...
€20.95Contains Lactose. "Inspired by the Latin American dessert, this pastry stout this offers a creamy, caramel sweetness characterized by toffee and butterscotch with a subtle vanilla finish. The bourbon flavours imparted by 13 months in the barrels contribute hints of caramel, pecan and nutmeg which complement the dessert-forward notes of this decadent beer.
Pour over a fresh churro and experience una delicia!" -
Lervig Rackhouse Original...
€20.95: 2"Original Sin Bourbon Barrel is a chocolate treasure-trove with deep boubon barrel overtones. The dark malt complexity of this imperial stout gives way to notes of milky mocha coffee, vanilla, and dark chocolate. Layered in between are soft, gentle aromas of warm caramels and praline with big flavours of oak and walnut from one year in wood. It’s long, lingering finish is utterly sinful."

Lervig King Rufus
€4.89"The era of a new king is dawning. Long live King Rufus the barley wine which reigns supreme with an impressive 15.6% ABV. An aficionado beer for the rumbustious, the complex malts and light use of hops imbue this English Barleywine with a bellicosity that borders on belligerent. As you take your first sip, you’ll be greeted by a symphony of malty sweetness, dark fruits, and a subtle hint of alcohol. Warming and supple this big beer fuels your soul for the dark days of winter and leaves you in awe of the king’s dominion. Cheers to the king of barleywines!"

Lervig Rackhouse Mingle
€20.95"Jim Beam barrel-aged barley wine was blended with a selection of stouts aged in Heaven Hill barrels for over 2 years in a ratio of 25% barley wine to 75% imperial stout. The warming fig & chocolate flavors from our stout mingles with the rich caramel toffee notes of the barley wine while the barrels present the palate with a rich oak and bourbon aftertaste."
-
Lervig Paragon 2023
€20.95"Over the years, Paragon has become one of our flagship beers. What makes our barley wine special is that it is always brewed with the exact same recipe, but each edition is unique due to a number of factors, barrel types and environmental factors to say it briefly. In 2023, we used fresh, high-char Jim Beam barrels in which the beer matured for one year. We think the result is pretty awesome and can best be described as a Kentucky hug. Enjoy – it's a great year for Paragon "
-
Lervig Rackhouse Night We Met
€20.95"This barrel-aged imperial stout is in honour of the night two of our standout dark beers first met. After 13 months maturing in Port Wine barrels, Original Sin and Konrad's stout were united to create a symphony of dark chocolate, velvety cacao, ripe cherries, and whispers of oak, all wrapped in a beautifully smooth body."

Lervig Rackhouse Off The...
€38.32"We often leave a few exceptional barrels from previous batches to use in our Off The Rack series. This year, we have selected a few ripe barrels from 2022 and 2023. Tasting great, we decided to create an OTR blend of vintages for this year’s version. We took our best barrels with the higher ABV due to the angels’ share that has evaporated over the year in Jim Beam barrels and infused them with the almost 3-year-old Heaven Hill-aged Paragon 22. There are a lot more deep notes of caramel and toffee, dried fruit, and even a subtle liquorice note, finished with a seriously nice mouthfeel that fills your palate with oaky, bourbony warmth. Cheers!"
