Season 19/20 Assemblage #13. Bottled on 17/12/19. "For this Oude Kriek, we macerated whole sour cherries on one- and almost-two-year old lambik in stainless steel. The maceration lasted for 5,5 months. The lambikken that we used for macerating and blending originate from three different barrels and four different brews. The final fruit intensity is 346 grams of sour cherries per litre of Oude Kriek. 100% 3 Fonteinen."

Pack Containing 2 bottles from Pellicle: Jamaica 2023 ("This beer is a blend of 1 & 2 year old lambics macerated on second use Gorsem cherries and 7 varieties of Belgian plums. Later we added Jamaica peppercorn which we brought back from Mexico. Lots of spice but not spicy!") and The 4th Phaze ("A variation on our 'It's Just a P-Haze'. Blend of 70% quince cider aged in stainless steel tanks and 30% barrel aged apple cider with the addition of a very small amount of hibiscus and fresh rosemary.")

They were aged for approximately 1, 2 and 7 years old making it a traditional 'Old Geezer'.") and Revelation 2023 ("Blend of different ciders from 1 and 2 years old that were barrel aged on Calvados and red wine barrels.")

Pack Containing 2 bottles from Pellicle: The Floor is Lavas 2024 ("In 2023 we macerated Gorsem cherries on 1&2 year old lambic for 6 months. In January 2024 it was blended and bottled it with young lambic & fresh lavas.") and Going up the Country Vol. 2 ("Blend of quince cider (60%) aged on stainless steel to preserve fruitiness and barrel aged cherry wine (40%).")
