Oud Beersel Oude Gueuze...
€27.27"During an extended maturation of almost four years, the Lambic from Foeder 21 went through a maderisation process. This Lambic was mixed with Lambics from two other foeders of the same origin, all of which were used for white wine in the past. This creates a unique taste experience"

Oud Beersel Lapsang...
€19.87"Oud Beersel’s Lapsang Souchong Sparkling Infused Lambic is an infused Lambic, which is then re-fermented in the bottle. For this version, Lapsang Souchong was used: this is a smoked black tea, which gives the beer a complex, round flavour, with a peaty touch at the end, which can also be found in certain peated whiskies. The refermentation in the bottle gives it a pleasant carbonation. In short, a beer for lovers of the better heavy stuff."
-
Oud Beersel Orange Blossom...
€19.87: 2"For the Orange Blossom Sparkling Infused Lambic, a one-year-old Lambic was infused with orange blossom for several weeks. This gives the Lambic a deliciously fresh flavour, with fruity citrus notes and bitter-sweet accents. Afterwards, the Lambic is refermented on bottle, which provides a pleasant carbonation and a beautiful harmony of flavours."
-
Oud Beersel Red Szechuan...
€19.87"Although its name suggests otherwise, the szechuan pepper is not a real pepper, but a distant cousin of the citrus fruit. For this beer, the red version was used, which has a slightly fruitier flavour than the green and provides a slight tingling effect on the aftertaste. Other than that, citrus aromas and a certain spiciness emerge. The refermentation in the bottle provides the necessary minerality and balance, so the presence of the szechuan pepper is not overwhelming."
-
Oud Beersel Rhubarb Lambiek
€23.96"A real thirst quencher, Lambic with rhubarb! The fresh rhubarb comes from a local organic farm and macerates on the lambic for 3 to 4 months. The rhubarb dissolves in the lambic and all of the delicious juice of the rhubarb is incorporated in the lambic. The rhubarb lambic is then bottled and a re-fermentation takes place. The result is a pleasantly sour beer, in which the flavour of the rhubarb really shines through."
-
Oud Beersel Roasted Oolong...
€20.17"To create the Roasted Oolong Tea Sparkling Infused Lambic, one-year-old Lambic was infused with roasted Oolong tea for about four weeks. This tea, especially popular in Asia, is slightly oxidised and was then roasted in the traditional way. This results in a rich flavour, with a certain spiciness and some toasted notes. Thanks to the re-fermentation in the bottle, these flavours blend into one harmonious whole."
-
Oud Beersel Witte Lambiek...
€19.87"Oud Beersel’s Witte Lambiek Sparkling Infused Lambic takes its inspiration from traditional Belgian wheat beers: these are characterised by the addition of coriander seeds and bitter orange peel. The same thing was done here: both ingredients were macerated on one-year-old lambic for several weeks to obtain that typical, citrusy flavour, which is further highlighted thanks to the acidity of the lambic. The spiciness of the coriander is present in the aftertaste, but does not dominate. Thanks to the refermentation in the bottle, the result is a beautiful beer with traditional flavours, yet just that little bit different."

Oud Beersel Rose Flowers...
€19.87"For the production of the Rose Flower Lambiek - Sparkling Infused, we added rose petals to a soft, foeder-aged Lambic and left them to macerate for about 4 weeks. After that, we bottled the beer so a secondary fermentation could take place. The result is a slightly pink Lambic, with bright floral notes and a sparkling mouthfeel. "

Oud Beersel Oude Gueuze...
€20.61"Special blend to celebrate the 142th birthday of Oud Beersel. Only contains foederlambic, with an average age of almost 3 years. Characterful Oude Geuze with great depth and fantastic ageing potential."
-
Oud Beersel Grapefruit Peel...
€19.87"he fruity bitterness of grapefruit is a flavour often found in Lambic, and thanks to this infusion, that flavour is highlighted. After four weeks of the peel macerating on one-year-old Lambic, the result was bottled. The re-fermentation in the bottle gives the beer a pleasant and round mouthfeel, which contrasts perfectly with its bitter-sour character."
-
Oud Beersel Salted...
€19.87"Salted Tangerine Peel, also known as Chen Pi, is a Chinese seasoning made from sun-dried tangerine peel, commonly used in chinese cuisine and herbal medicine. The salted peel gives a full body to the lambic, further accentuated by the refermentation in the bottle. In turn, the tangerine flavour perfectly matches the citrus character of the lambic."

Oud Beersel Earl Grey Tea...
€20.17"Discover our unique Earl Grey Tea Lambic, refermented in the bottle. The infusion of lambic with Earl Grey tea gives the beer a fruity character from the bergamot fruit, combined with a subtle tea note. This harmonious blend provides a refined and refreshing taste experience that can appeal to both beer and tea lovers."
-
Oud Beersel Bzart...
€28.17""The 2023 edition of this natural and sparkling sour cherry Lambic beer, born from the meeting of two glorious traditions, the Traditional Method for sparkling wines and spontaneous fermentation for Lambic beers. Oud Beersel cherry lambic is drawn in the bottle with the addition of the liqueur de tirage, which consists of sparkling wine yeast and sugar for secondary fermentation. The beer then ages for fourteen months in the bottle before being finished according to the "traditional method". This process allows the development of fine carbon dioxide which is trapped in the bottle and which makes the Lambic sparkling. The application of riddling and disgorging eliminates the yeasts present in the bottle. No added sugars by adding an expedition liqueur. The result is a BRUT and sparkling fruit lambic beer with an impressive palette of flavors."
-
Oud Beersel Bzart Lambiek...
€25.93"New edition of this natural, sparkling Lambic beer, combining Méthode Traditionnelle for sparkling wines and spontaneous fermentation for Lambic beers. Oud Beersel’s Lambic is bottled with ‘liqueur de tirage’ (sparkling wine yeast and sugar) for secondary fermentation, maturing for at least nine months. This process creates fine carbon dioxide gas, making the Lambic sparkling. ‘Remuage’ and ‘dégorgement’ remove the yeasts, with no sweetening added. The result is a BRUT sparkling Lambic beer with an overwhelming flavor profile."
-
Oud Beersel Sweet Omsanthus...
€20.17"Discover our unique Sweet Osmanthus Lambic, refermented in the bottle. The Osmanthus Fragrans, also known as Sweet Osmanthus, is a shrub that is mainly found in Asia. As the name suggests, it imparts a fantastic aroma to the beer, reminiscent of a bouquet of flowers from the Far East. The Lambic harmoniously blends with the fruity and floral notes of the flower."
-
Oud Beersel Bzart...
€28.17"First-time release. Instead of ' regular' Lambic, Grape Lambic (Lambic matured on Furmint and Harslevelu grapes) was used as the base for this beer. Otherwise, the same steps were followed as for the Bzart 2023, i.e. addition of 'liqueur de tirage', then 'remuage' and 'dégorgement', and no addition of 'liqueur d'expédition'."
