  • 3 Fonteinen OG Armand &...

    €22.92
    : 4

Season 2020-2021. Assemblage #17 bottled on 20/01/2021. "This Cuvée Armand & Gaston has been blended with lambikken from four different barrels and originating from four different brews. Twenty percent of the cereals that we used for brewing the young lambik, were sourced in Brabant through our own farmers’ network. The old lambik that we used — brewed in the first days of 2018 — comes from two small 400-litre barrels that we found to be gently oxidative. The weighted average age of this blend upon bottling was eighteen months.."

    €4.57

"Oud Bruin Vineyard is created by adding fresh grapes to beer that has already aged on oak barrels for at least one year. Subtle fruit and delicat sour, vineous and port- like taste"

  • Boon Gueuze Mariage Parfait...

    €7.63

"Boon Geuze Mariage Parfait has an alcohol content of 8%. It consists of 95% mild lambic, aged at least three years and specially reserved for this purpose, and 5% young lambic. The latter provides the fermentable sugars and wild yeasts. After mixing in a vessel of 25,000 litres, the wort (unfermented mixture) is filtered and chilled. If we are bottling, we bring it back to fermentation temperature. The bottles are placed in a climate-controlled space for the secondary fermentation. This is followed by maturing at low temperature for at least 6 months. Want to know the bottling date? Simply subtract 20 years from the “best before” date!
The soft, mildly sour berry taste, harmonises with the oak barrels’ aromas in which Geuze Mariage Parfait has ripen. The body speaks of vanilla followed by a bitter aftertaste of cloves that becomes increasingly intense. Sublime."

  • La Source Bête Noire

    €15.69

"Cocktail Inspired Gruit. With Gentian for bitterness and oranges at whirlpool. Aged several months in bourbon barrels w/ our house culture "

  • Verzet Foederbier - Joey...

    €3.57

"This limited beer is the mother beer of our Oud Bruin. It is a single-cask, which means that the beer is not a blend of different barrels, but comes completely from one barrel. Unlike the classic, it is also not blended with young beer. The Foederbier matured for 2 years in large wooden barrels of 40 or 50 HL. Foederbier has more hints of red fruit and is more soft on acidity. The aroma is fruity, woody with a hint of curry."

  • Lervig Rackhouse Foeder...

    €11.75

"We brewed a traditional turbid mash as they would do in most Lambik breweries in Brussles to generate lots of starch for the Brett to work on slowly over a year of fermentation in our Foeders, giving a soft funkyness light sour edge with a balance of fruit forward sweetness from the apricots we added 1 month prior to packaging."

  • Lervig Rackhouse Le Grand...

    €22.95

"This beer is truly old and has a few new parts too. Tucked in the furthest reaches of the brewery for years, a special blend of several of our mixed-culture projects has come to life with the addition of a brown strong ale and cherry juice from Telemark. Sweet notes of red fruits and vanilla meld seamlessly with wood and caramel flavours and a distinct sourness."

The noble Alerce (Fitzroya cupressoides) is one of the longest-lived trees in the world, living over 3,000 years, transcending our conception of time and space. Noble Alerce is a mixed fermentation beer that patiently matured for eight months in Alerce barrels over 100 years old, which previously fermented apple chicha and, prior to that, beer from southern Chile. More noble impossible! This refreshing beer has a generous and fine carbonation, aromas that evoke the countryside and spices, and in the mouth it has a balanced acidity with fruity and spicy notes. Rustic and delicate at the same time, we are in the presence of a very noble beer!"

Now cherish the cherries and be mezmerized in the moment!"

  • Mills Still

    €25.91

"Still is a single barrel bottling of four year old beer, brewed in March 2018. We have been hoping to find a barrel that would have enough character and bite to exist without the need for carbonation. The wort was made using a turbid mash and underwent an extended boil with large quantities of aged hops. After two nights in our coolship, the wort was transferred to a single 500 litre barrel for four years of fermentation and maturation. The resulting beer was bottled still, without the addition of sugar to produce a refermentation. It has a significant richness for the abv, balanced by a striking hop bitterness, and lingering tannin from the four years in oak."

  • Bellwoods Grandma

    €17.97

"Grandma's Boy was one of the very first beers we aged in oak at Bellwoods, and its (almost) yearly release is one that garners much excitement. This year we decided to switch things up and share the unfruited version, in all its sour/funky/crisp glory -- and named it, simply, Grandma. The absence of fruit allows for more subtle flavours to shine through, showcasing the perfect intersection of acid, brett, oak, and a crisp, spritzy body. Gentle acidity balanced by refined brett character accented by notes of green tea, bosc pear, and champagne"

  • Bellwoods Intermodal (2021)...

    €19.95

"Intermodal is our very first 100% spontaneously inoculated wild beer, created in a style inspired by traditional lambic producers. This particular Intermodal is our first three year blend, with spontaneously fermented beer from 2020, 2019 and 2018. We blended this year’s Intermodal for our tastes, that is to say using a larger percentage of the younger barrels than aged ones, and the results are a delectable balance of acidity and bitterness, with notes of tannic white grape, wild fermented cider, and apple baking spices."

  • Bellwoods Jelly King

    €7.21

"An everyday, juicy, drinkable sour with punchy hop aromatics and fruity foundational flavours. Low bitterness, light body, and pale yellow in colour, with notes of fuzzy peach, tangerine, and cedar. "

  • Bellwoods Jelly King -...

    €8.17

"This mixed fermentation ale is soured with a house blend of lactobacillus cultures prior to secondary fermentation and a heavy Citra-Simcoe-Cascade dry-hop. The result is juicy, sour, and thirst quenching. This limited edition version includes a semi-festive dose of cranberry and tangerine, imparting additional tart, citrusy flavours and a lovely ruby colour."
