Lambic with Japanese plums from Kishu

Vintage 2019. Blend of Sweet - Thick Imperial Stout (16%) with Sour/Acetic Oud Bruin (Lots of Balsamico notes).

3rd Batch of Fantôme de Tous les D'iâpes. Fantome made specially to celebrate the qualification of the Belgian football team to the World Cup 2018 (in Russia). BB on bottle is end 2020.

A pure-malt ale, made of barley, wheat and ryemalt. 3 sorts of german hops.
A fruity and yet a spicy triple with a smooth pleasent biterness, full flavour and still sufficient dry aftertaste to garantee drinkability.
The Finesse was aged in brand new oak barrels.

Bersalis Tripel aged for at least 12 months in oak barrels that used to age lambic. This ageing process provokes a second fermentation of the beer (this time spontaneous).

Cider made from organic apples.

Cider made with Méthode Champennoise.

Young lambic from De Troch matured with Japanese strawberries.

Dark sour ale (Sigma) aged for 6 months in red wine barrels and then with blueberries.

Oud Bruin matured several months with raspberries. Harvest 2019

Blend of 1 - 2 year old lambics from two barrels that were really appreciated by the brewers for their fruity notes. The brewer recommends to consume this soon as this blend contiains lots of young lambic, there is a "risk" it will overcarbonate over time.

Berslais Kadet aged 12 months in lambic barrels which resulted in a spontaneous fermentation of the beer.

Farmhouse Tripel brewed with Rye.

This particular Hommage has macerated for 6 months with organic raspberries and cherries, and the final fruit intensity is 350 grams of fruit per litre. While blending, local honey was added.

Imperial Breakfast Stout brewed with Coffee, Lactose, Cacao Nibs, Vanilla and aged in Bourbon barrels.

Lambic (young lambic from De Troch) aged with rose petals, rosehip - hibiscus.

Bottled in 2020. Imp. Stout brewed with ancho chili peppers, cacao nibs, cinnamon and vanilla.

Wild/ Sour dark ale aged in oak barrels

"As part of the charity auction during the Denver Rare Beer Festival we offered up a brew day on our copper kettle. Our new friends Malia and Bryson Dunn were the lucky winners of that auction. Together we created Hop Farm. We took a straight forward 50/50 malt bill of wheat and pilsner malt and added eight hop additions during the boil. We chose the hops for their aromatic properties, not their bittering characteristics. This beer shows how you can layer in amazing hop character without creating a bitter hop bomb. Enjoy!"
