Nevel Jubel
€18.31"Wild dark beer aged on pino sherry barrels. A festive and luxurious beer with sour and sherry like flavours. Made to enjoy during the holidays and to share. Jubel has aged for 18 months on wooden barrels."
-
Nevel Perry
€12.31"We pressed and naturally fermented the aromatic Doyenné du Comice pears, without adding any sulfites or enzymes. To finish it off we put this cider on oaken barrels for 5 months. As we did not add any sulfites, Perry turned out quite a bit more sour than you might expect of a pear cider, super refreshing with lovely citrus tones. A cider with a lot of flavour, perfectly made to serve cold on a sunny day. "

Nevel Gekwetst
€21.47"Barrel-aged wild ale with damson plums. Gekwetst is a winelike beer with an outspoken fruity character. This second batch contains four times the amount of fruit as the previous, with strong, juicy sour notes as a result. The nose has candy and stonefruit, while the finish is dry with a mild bitterness. Gekwetst was aged on a single barrel for 21 months, but its barrel character is very subtle, keeping full focus on the damsons. Highly recommended for people who enjoyed our beer Fabel."

3 Fonteinen Hommage Honey...
€43.55Season 2019-2020, Assemblage #12. Bottled on 13/12/19."For this Hommage iteration, we blended about one third of kriekenlambik with two thirds of frambozenlambik, both macerated on stainless steel. The weighted average maceration time was four and a half months. While macerating and blending, we used lambikken originating from 4 different barrels and 6 different brews. The final fruit intensity amounts up to 413 grams of fruit per litre of Hommage. Finally, we added some honey just before bottling. 100% 3 Fonteinen."

Lervig Rackhouse Off The...
€43.77"Off the Rack Paragon represents the finest barley wine we have to offer. After ageing in Tennessee whiskey barrels for 16 months, we selected only our favourite barrels for this edition. Coconut, vanilla, bourbon, toffee, prunes, chocolate, oak, and caramel all interplay to deep complexity while remaining in balance with one another. Serving at room temperature allows even more layered nuances to shine through."

Burning Sky Cherry Saison
€18.79"Sour Morello Cherries from Kent were delivered to us fresh and added to a nine month old foudre aged saison. Further ageing and refermentation has drawn out a beautiful colour and complexity of cherry fruit, almond and oak flavours."
-
Burning Sky / Thornbridge...
€16.89"This beer started life in March 2019, brewed with our long term friends at Thornbridge. A portion was released by them as Vicious Circle in 2020. The remainder was sent to us, aged further in our barrels, then blended with a mixed fermentation saison. A true representation of both breweries’ barrel ageing projects, we have come full circle."
-
3 Fonteinen...
€45.59Season 2020-2021 Assemblage n°18 bottled on 25/01/21. "For this small-batch Frambozenlambik we macerated raspberries from Ferme Framboos for three months on one- and two-year old lambik from two different barrels and two different brews. We bottled the frambozenlambik as such, straight from maceration to bottle; no lambik was added. Don’t panic if this beer is a bit on the flat side. It is intended to be this way. The weighted average age of this frambozenlambik upon bottling was more than twenty months, and final fruit intensity is 350 grams of raspberries per litre of Frambozenlambik."

Casey Funky Blender Balaton...
€44.75"Ale Aged in Oak Barrels with cherries. In this blend of Funky Blender we added fresh, whole fruit at rate of about two pounds per gallon to our base beer. Each barrel is carefully hand picked to ensure it will pair perfectly with the whole fruit we are using while keeping the funky flavor. The unique lemon and lime aromas that come from the base barrels of Funky Blender harmonize with the whole fruit added."

Casey Funky Blender Pluot
€44.75"Flavor King pluots, what else needs to be said? This variety is literally the King of Flavors! The blend delights from the start of the pour. Pink foam that not only drops off the kids for the birthday, but then sticks around for the flavor party. What? Does anyone read these? Classic Colorado plum aromas in the nose just remind me why I love plums so much, I hope we can get more this year. Low/medium acidity and rich body that makes one think it's actually sweet. All hail the Flavor King."
-
Casey Funky Blender...

Primitive Beer/ Cellar West...
€52.31"Meager Portmanteau is a blend of Primitive's three-year, MT spontaneous beer refermented with juicy Colorado peaches, and Cellar West's oak aged Meager - a funky little table saison with Colorado grain. The marriage of these two (one mature & complex, one young & lively) fashions a delightful blended beer representative of both breweries' makeup. Delicately tart, laden with notes of ripe peach & oak, equal parts carefree & complex. The blend was given delicate Orange Blossom Honey from Bee Squared Apiaries to naturally condition and develop in green, corked & caged 750mL bottles for many months. Meager Portmanteau is finally ready to share! We love the honey’s delicate floral addition to the already intense bouquet on the nose.?."

Land & Labour Crimson
€30.71"Crimson is our kriek framboise blend. We aged 1 year old spontaneously fermented beer on 830 grams per litre of sour cherries for 6 months. Before bottling we blended another Spon beer aged on 300 grams per litre of raspberries with the cherry beer. The final assemblage of 75% Cherry beer & 25% raspberry beer transcends both their individual selves. "

3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek...
€28.83Season 2019-2020. Assemblage #79. Bottled on 07/10/2020. "While looking for old sherry barrels, we cannot get lucky all the time. While we will be sourcing barrels directly from bodegas to assure provenance and quality, we had a batch of Pedro Ximenez (PX) barrels that was on the peated side (albeit subdued). As a result, we decided not to use them for Zenne y Frontera, but to blend them with other (fruit) lambikken into geuze and fruit blends. This is the first of such blends to be released. Sour cherries were macerated partly on young peated lambik and partly on two-year old straight lambik in a stainless steel tank. We blended with young and three-year old (!) lambik. 55% of the blend is old lambik and the final fruit intensity is 567 grams of sour cherries per litre."

Lervig Rackhouse Le Grand...
€22.95"This beer is truly old and has a few new parts too. Tucked in the furthest reaches of the brewery for years, a special blend of several of our mixed-culture projects has come to life with the addition of a brown strong ale and cherry juice from Telemark. Sweet notes of red fruits and vanilla meld seamlessly with wood and caramel flavours and a distinct sourness."

Mills High Cut
€23.61"This is a new blend, created to capture the remarkably light and fresh citrusy character we find in some of our older barrels. It was made from a blend of pale beers, consisting of 2 barrels of 4 year old beer, and 2 barrels of 3 year old beer. The barrels making up the blend were selected for their combination of bright citrus acidity and balancing deep funk, to produce a complex yet elegant summery beer. The finished blend was dry-hopped with fresh whole-leaf Czech Saaz hops, for their wonderful noble aromatics, along with a touch of US Citra to highten the lemon/grapefruit notes of the fermentation. Bottled straight from the dry-hop tank to capture as much of the hop as possible, the finished beer then conditioned in bottle for 5 months."
