Pack Containing 2 bottles from Pellicle: Collision: Gelber Muskatelle ("TThis beer is a blend of 1 & 2 year old lambics and our very first self brewed beer from 2,5 years old. It was macerated on Gelber Muskateller grapes from Nahe, Germany and blended with 30% of wine made from the same grapes. Aged on ex-Bordeaux barrels.") and Intertwined: Gelber Muskateller ("Blend of red wine barrel aged ciders macerated on unpressed Gelber Muskateller grapes from Nahe, Germany.")

"This cider contains 30% Pomme d'Or and 70% of other varieties. Fermented completely spontaneous wihtout any additions."

"This cider contains apple ciders of 1 and 2 years old as well as quince ciders of 1 and 2 years old. These ciders have been blended separetely with black currants and fresh elderflower to finally be blended back together with cider from 2022. Bottle refermented."

Pack Containing 2 bottles from Pellicle: Jamaica 2023 ("This beer is a blend of 1 & 2 year old lambics macerated on second use Gorsem cherries and 7 varieties of Belgian plums. Later we added Jamaica peppercorn which we brought back from Mexico. Lots of spice but not spicy!") and The 4th Phaze ("A variation on our 'It's Just a P-Haze'. Blend of 70% quince cider aged in stainless steel tanks and 30% barrel aged apple cider with the addition of a very small amount of hibiscus and fresh rosemary.")

Pack Containing 2 bottles from Pellicle: Old Geezer ("Our first and only blend of unfruited lambics. They were aged for approximately 1, 2 and 7 years old making it a traditional 'Old Geezer'.") and Revelation 2023 ("Blend of different ciders from 1 and 2 years old that were barrel aged on Calvados and red wine barrels.")

"In 2022 we macerated Gorsem cherries on 2 year old lambic and barrel aged it after 6 months of maceration for another year. In 2023 we did the same; maceration of Gorsem cherries on 2 year old lambic for 6 months. We blended these 2 cherry lambics together and added fresh Satureja herb to them."

In January 2024 it was blended and bottled it with young lambic & fresh lavas.") and Going up the Country Vol. 2 ("Blend of quince cider (60%) aged on stainless steel to preserve fruitiness and barrel aged cherry wine (40%).")

"Probably one of our most experimental blends we did so far. We infused a blend of red wine barrel aged ciders with rose petals and fig leaves. To add color and and extra dimension it was backblended with a small amount of red beetroot cider."
